A little space for a story

Friend tag is a conversation game: one person reads a card and invites a friend to answer, then the invitation moves on. There is no answer key, score, or requirement to already know each other's story. Start with an easy card and leave room for a follow-up.

  1. Choose a reader and agree on a comfortable stopping time.
  2. Read one card. Invite a volunteer to answer, then offer everyone else a turn.
  3. Ask one optional follow-up, pass the reader role, and take a fresh card.
The 40 cards move from shared memories to playful imagination and small future plans. Newer friends can use the imagination cards without needing a shared history.
