Your three-minute host script
Pick one activity, not a whole deck. For up to eight people, a 20-second introduction plus one optional 15-second turn each leaves time for a brief close within three minutes. Larger groups can use pairs or a few volunteers. These are planned timings, not measured playtest results.
- Read: “One short turn each. You can always pass. We'll finish in three minutes.”
- Read the activity. Start the optional timer, offer your own short example, then invite turns.
- Stop the activity when the timer ends, even if some people passed. Thank everyone and start the meeting.
Preparation: none for spoken prompts; optional paper for sketch prompts. For remote groups, keep cameras optional and do not ask people to show their home or share private links.
