Plan a Short Icebreaker Session
Make a small host plan with a clear invitation, thinking time, voluntary replies, and a closing point.
Choose a deck, a setting, and a total of 3, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. The planner divides that time into suggested steps and adds one public prompt. You can print the plan in Letter or A4. These are untested schedules to adapt, not promised group timings.
Choose the same paper in the system dialog, 100% scale, and disable browser headers/footers. Check the preview before saving. The static downloads below are separate starter resources.
A paper copy, too.
A blank host planning worksheet and sample three-minute agenda.
Match the paper size, print single-sided at Actual size / 100%, and test one sheet. Physical printing is pending.
Keep the activity comfortable.
Agree on a stopping point. Answering, listening, and passing are optional. Do not collect or evaluate replies. These are suggested host plans, not measured outcomes.
